Resolved

We have identified and resolved the root cause of the recent issue with our SMS provider. The vast majority of impacted numbers are no longer seeing 30024 or 30034 errors. To prevent recurrence, we’ve implemented a daily monitoring plan for all telephone numbers to proactively detect and address any anomalies. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this.

Our SMS Provider has identified, and is actively investigating, an issue that is impacting outbound message traffic. Not all accounts will be affected. You will be able to identify impacted accounts by the error code 30024 appearing with undelivered outbound messages. We will continue to post updates here as they become available.
