This incident has now been resolved and we are no longer seeing note logging delays.

A fix has been implemented at this time and we are starting to see a reduction in the delay times for note logging. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

We have identified an issue causing delays to our note logging capability. Notes are still logging at this time. Our Development team is working on a fix now and we will continue to post updates here as they become available.
