The Click-to-Text Icon is currently unavailable on Candidate/Contact/Lead profiles in Detail View only for Bullhorn users. Workarounds include using the Find Numbers feature in the Chrome Extension by selecting the Icon is a sheet with a magnifying glass and/or right-clicking in the Bullhorn environment and selecting Textus-> Find Numbers. Click-to-Text is available for Candidate/Contact/Leads in List View. We are working closely with Bullhorn to deploy a fix. For all other inquiries, please reach out to support@textus.com.
